Our animals live on certified organic pastures and fields and receive a healthy diet of grass, insects, grubs, earthworms and fresh air as nature intended. They never receive antibiotics, hormones or GMO (genetically modified organism) feed. The lamb and beef are 100% grass-fed and the chickens eat a certified organic diet and are moved to fresh, organically grown grass every day.
 
Ordering Information
 
In 2010, lamb and chicken will be available for pre-order only.  Beef will be available in the spring in the market during strawberry season and we will take orders later in the season.  All meat orders should be sent to orders@willowcreekorchards.com.   A confirmation will be sent to verify that your order has been received.  All orders will be accepted when the deposit in the form of a check has been  received.  The balance of the payment is due at pickup.  All pickups will be on a predetermined Saturday morning.  Please make arrangements if you are not able to pick up your order.  Please mail checks to: 3220 Heebner Rd., Collegeville, PA 19426.  Thank You.
 
Chicken
  • A deposit of $10 is required for each chicken ordered
  • Whole chicken (4-6 lbs.), cryovac wrapped - $3.50 per pound
  • Fully Processed Chicken (5-7 lbs.), 1 lb. boneless/skinless breast, wings, legs, thigh (neck and back if you want) - $5.50 per pound
  • Please indicate for what batch number and the number of chickens for each batch you are ordering when you place you order (see below)
 Batch #1 will be ready in Late-May
Additional batches will be available in early July(#2), lateAugust(#3), late october(#4), and mid-December(#5)
 
Lamb
  • We will have approximately 10 lambs available in Mid-Summer and 10 lamb available near the end of the year.
  • $25 deposit required for each lamb.
  • All orders include butcher in USDA Certified facility, cryovac wrapped and picked up at Willow Creek Orchards Market
  • Whole lamb - approximately 30 lbs. - $250
  • Half lamb - approximately 15 lbs. - $150
